I think pulseaudio messes a lot in Ubuntu 9.10.
It makes strange noices everywhere (different applications)when playing MP3s, videos...whatever.
Then I removed it and installed Alsamixergui to regain the sound control.
Still the Totem sound didn&#039;t show up. After follow your instructions here, it works perfectly.
Now, I can watch ppstream through Totem.</description>
