How a differential gear works
r3dux | March 31, 2011Awesome 1930′s era video explaining in detail how a differential gear on a car allows the wheels to turn at different speeds when going around a corner – if you don’t already know how it works (and I’ve got to admit that I didn’t) then I promise you that a light bulb will go off over your head when you see how simple and clever it is!

Ha! Good point, well made.
The only problems being you have to know or find a place to padlock your bike, the weather (it’s winter in the AU atm – and its rained about 20 out of the last 21 days
), and I need to cart a minimum of two bags to school each day… Bah! Excuses, excuses.
